Dutch Stew with Rye Crust

- ●3 large Potatoes
- ●2 large Onions
- ●2 cups Dutch creamy saucestore-bought
- ●4 cups Vegetable broth

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine rye flour and water to form a dough. Knead for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large pot, sauté carrots, potatoes, and onions in a little bit of oil until tender.
