Creamy Italian Yacon Fritters
A sweet and crispy dessert fritter featuring yacon, creamy goodness, and a crunchy crumble topping.

- β1 cup creamymilk or non-dairy alternative
- β1 teaspoon italianextract or dried herbs
- β2 cups flourgluten-free
- β1/2 cup crumblepre-made or homemade

Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and Italian extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the creamy milk, eggs, and grated yacon.
