Herb-Crusted Mediterranean Fish Fry
A flavorful and healthy Mediterranean-inspired dish featuring fresh herbs, crispy crust, and pan-seared fish.
Ingredients
- β4 Cod fillets6 oz each
- β2 tbsp Herbal olive oiluse a mix of herbs like oregano, thyme, and rosemary
- β2 tbsp Lemon juice
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup All-purpose flourfor dusting
- β1 tsp Mediterranean seasoning
- βto taste Salt and pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a small bowl, mix together herbal olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, Mediterranean seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. Dip each cod fillet in the herbal mixture, coating both sides evenly.

5. Dredge the coated cod fillets in flour, shaking off excess.

6. Place the coated cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
