Creamy Italian Pasta Bake
A comforting, creamy pasta bake with an Italian twist. Ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- β8 oz pastapenne or fusilli work well
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 cup creamy saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup grated mozzarellashredded
- β1/4 cup parmesan cheeseshaved or grated

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute, until fragrant.

Stir in creamy sauce and bring to a simmer.
