Creamy Beef Burrito
A delicious and filling burrito filled with seasoned beef, creamy sauce, and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Beef (ground)
- β1/2 Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1/2 cup Cream
- β1 tsp Cumin
- β4 Tortillas
- β1 cup Shredded cheese

Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the cumin and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cream to the skillet and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spoon the beef mixture onto a tortilla and top with shredded cheese.
