Cod Burrito
A Mexican-inspired burrito filled with cod, creamy sauce, and spices.
Ingredients
- β2 Cod Fillets120g each
- β1 Tortilla10-inch
- β2 tbsp Creamy Saucesee below for recipe
- β1 tsp Mexican Seasoningor to taste
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Burrito Toppingschopped onions, cilantro, etc.
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the cod fillets with Mexican seasoning and salt. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

Warm the tortilla by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Spread the creamy sauce down the center of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.

Place a cooked cod fillet on top of the sauce, followed by any desired burrito toppings.

Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the burrito up tightly.
