Delicious Portuguese Turkey Mince Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful stir fry made with turkey mince, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Ingredients
- β250g turkey mince
- β1 tsp (dried oregano) + 1 tsp (dried thyme) portuguese
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tbsp fryvegetable oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until softened.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add the turkey mince and cook, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned and cooked through.

Add the dried oregano and thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir well to combine.

Cook for a further 2-3 minutes, or until the flavors have melded together.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
