Saudi-Style Grilled Almond Chicken
A flavorful and aromatic dish that blends the richness of creamy sauce with the authenticity of Saudi spices. Marinate chicken in a mix of saudi spices, then grill to perfection.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Saudi spice blend
- β1 cup almond milk
- β2 tbsp almond butter
- β2 cloves garlic
- β1 tsp grill seasoning
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β4 lemon wedges
- βchopped fresh parsley

1. In a large bowl, whisk together Saudi spice blend, almond milk, almond butter, garlic, grill seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade and mix well to coat.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
