Lamb Tagine Ramen
A unique fusion of Japanese ramen and traditional Tunisian tagine flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lamb Shoulder
- β2 tablespoons Spicy Tunisian Chermoula
- β1 package Ramen Noodles
- β2 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- β1 bunch Green Onionschopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped
- β4 cups Lamb Broth
- β1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 teaspoon Tagine Spice Blend
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add lamb shoulder and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove lamb and set aside.

Add chermoula and cook for 1 minute.

Add lamb broth, soy sauce, and tagine spice blend. Stir to combine.

Return lamb to the pot and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.

Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.

To assemble the dish, place noodles in a bowl and top with lamb, green onions, and cilantro.
