Bryndza and Kebab Feta Cheese Quesadilla

- β200g Bryndza cheeseSoft bryndza cheese
- β100g Kebab cheeseMelted Syrian kebab cheese
- β50g Syrian creamy cheeseAdd creaminess to bryndza and kebab cheese
- β2 TortillaLarge flour tortillas
- β2tbsp ButterMelted butter for tortillas
- β1/4cup ParsleyFresh parsley for garnish
- βto taste SaltFlavor enhancer

Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

Butter one side of each tortilla.

Place one tortilla, buttered side down, in the skillet.

Sprinkle bryndza and kebab cheese on half of the tortilla.

Top with creamy cheese and fold the tortilla in half.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese is melted.
