Midnight Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Tofupressed and drained
- β2 tablespoons Midnight oilsuch as canola or grapeseed oil
- β2 tablespoons Stir-fry saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 tablespoon Creamy saucesuch as sriracha mayo
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon Gingergrated
- β1 teaspoon Sesame seedsoptional

Instructions

Heat the midnight oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the tofu and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
