Creamy Uruguayan Tartare
A unique twist on traditional tartare, featuring a creamy twist with a Uruguayan flair. This dish is perfect for adventurous foodies.
Ingredients
- β1/2 pound Uruguayan steak ( ribeye or striploin )preferably dry-aged
- β1/2 Avocadoripe and diced
- β2 tbsp Creamy sauce (optional)such as aioli or sriracha mayo
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βto taste Tartare mix-ins (optional)such as diced onions, capers, or pickled jalapeΓ±o

1. Freeze the steak for at least 30 minutes to firm it up.

2. Using a sharp knife, finely chop the steak into small pieces.

3. In a bowl, gently mix together the chopped steak, diced avocado, and creamy sauce (if using).
