Vietnamese Creamy Mars Bar Wrap
A unique and tasty dessert wrap made with creamy and sweet Vietnamese flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 bar Mars Barcrushed
- β2 scoops Creamy Ice Creamvanilla
- β1 Vietnamese Crepesthin and soft
- β1 tsp Green Teapowdered
- β1/4 cup Coconut Flakestoasted
- β1 tsp Honeyoptional
- βa few Fresh Mint Leavesfor garnish
- β1 Bar Wrapfor serving

1. Start by crushing the Mars Bar with a rolling pin until it's well-crushed.

2. Scoop 2 scoops of creamy ice cream into a bowl and let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, make the green tea powder by mixing it with a little bit of water until it forms a paste.

4. Heat a pan with a little bit of oil and cook the Vietnamese crepe until it's soft and flexible.

5. Spread the green tea paste on the crepe and top it with the crushed Mars Bar.

6. Place the 2 scoops of ice cream on top of the Mars Bar layer.

7. Sprinkle coconut flakes and honey on top of the ice cream (if using).

8. Fold the crepe in half to form a wrap and serve with fresh mint leaves.
