Vietnamese Creamy Rice Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make Vietnamese-inspired wrap filled with creamy rice and fresh vegetables. This recipe is perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch.
Ingredients
- β2 cups Cooked White Ricepreferably day-old rice
- β8 oz Cream Cheesesoftened
- β1 medium Cucumbersliced
- β1 medium Carrotpeeled and grated
- β1/4 cup Fresh Cilantrochopped
- β1 large Vietnamese Wrapor substitute with a large flour tortilla
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauceoptional

Cook the white rice according to package instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, soy sauce (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix well until smooth.

Add the cooked white rice to the bowl and mix until the rice is well coated with the cream cheese mixture.

Stir in the sliced cucumber, grated carrot, and chopped cilantro.
