Vietnamese Tofu Bowl
A creamy and flavorful Vietnamese-inspired bowl dish made with tofu and various vegetables. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 block (14 oz) Extra-firm tofupressed and drained
- β1/2 cup Creamy peanut saucestore-bought or homemade
- β1 cup Rice noodlescooked according to package instructions
- β1 cup Mixed vegetablessuch as bean sprouts, carrots, and bell peppers
- β1/4 cup Fresh herbssuch as cilantro, basil, and mint
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onionsfor garnish
- βto taste Salt and pepperoptional
Instructions

Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and pan-fry until golden brown.

In a separate pan, heat the creamy peanut sauce over medium heat.
