Hashed Beef with Caribbean Flair
A twist on a classic dish, this recipe combines the flavors of the Caribbean with the comfort of a hearty beef hash.

- β1 package HashDiced potatoes and onions
- β1 tsp Caribbean seasoningCommercial seasoning blend
- β4 slices Crisp baconChopped
- β1 tsp Jamaican hot sauceOptional
- β1/2 cup Corned beefDiced, for added flavor

1. In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.

2. Add diced corned beef to the skillet and cook until lightly browned.

3. Add hash to the skillet and cook until lightly browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

4. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until browned.

5. Add Caribbean seasoning and Jamaican hot sauce (if using) to the skillet and stir to combine.

6. Return cooked bacon to the skillet and stir to combine.

7. Continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
