Crispy French Meringue Baked Good
A classic French dessert featuring a crispy meringue topping on a baked good.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup unsalted butter, softenedat room temperature

- β1 teaspoon vanilla extractpure extract
- β1 cup meringuefrozen or store-bought
- β1 cup powdered sugarfor dusting
- β1 crisp baking sheetsat least 1/4 inch thick

Line the baking sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
