Spanish Paella
A classic Spanish dish made with saffron-infused rice, seafood, and vegetables. Perfect for a weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Spanish rice
- β1 cup Fried seafood mix (shrimp, mussels, clams)
- β1/2 cup Crisp chorizo
- β1/2 cup Fried chicken breast
- β1 medium Tomato
- β1 medium Onion
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Paprika
- β1/4 tsp Saffron
- β2 tbsp Olive oil

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chorizo and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the seafood mix and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato, paprika, and saffron, and stir to combine.

Add the rice and stir to combine with the vegetables and seafood.

Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender.

Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
