- β12 Tiger prawnspeeled and deveined
- β1 cup Crisppreferably garlic-flavored
- β2 tbsp Garlicky slovakian oiluse a light hand
- β2 tbsp Lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β1 tsp Saltto taste
- β1/2 tsp Pepperto taste
- βchopped Fresh parsleyfor garnish

Instructions

Heat the garlicky slovakian oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the tiger prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are pink and cooked through.

Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Add the crisp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.

Return the prawns to the skillet and squeeze the lemon juice over them.
