Smoky Tartiflette Tagliatelle
A French-inspired pasta dish featuring a smoky twist on the classic tartiflette recipe. This hearty tagliatelle is perfect for a cold winter's night.
Ingredients

- β1 large French onionthinly sliced
- β2 large Crisp potatoespeeled and thinly sliced
- β120g Smoky bacondiced
- β150g Tartiflette cheesegrated
- β1 sprig Fresh thymechopped

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions until al dente

In a large skillet, cook the diced smoky bacon over medium heat until crispy

Add the sliced French onions to the skillet and cook until they are softened and caramelized

Add the sliced potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are tender and lightly browned
