- β1 cup Onionthinly sliced
- β1 cup Carrotsthinly sliced
- β1 cup Crisp lettucechopped
- β1/2 cup Spanish onionsthinly sliced
- β1 cup Fry beanscooked and chopped
- β2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- β1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- β1 cup Sliced bell peppersany color

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and carrots and cook for 2-3 minutes, until tender.
