- β1 cup Crispshredded
- β3 cloves Garlicminced

Instructions

Heat 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

When the oil is hot, add the Venezuelan fritters and cook until golden brown.

Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
