Vietnamese Chicken Crisp Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy stir-fry made with chicken, crisp noodles, and Vietnamese-inspired flavors. Perfect for a weeknight dinner!
Ingredients

- β8 ounces Crisp noodles
- β2 tablespoons Vietnamese sauce
- β1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tablespoon Ginger
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.

Add the crisp noodles to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly toasted.
