Traditional British Pudding
A classic dessert from the UK, this pudding is made with a rich mixture of ingredients and served with a crispy topping.
Ingredients

- β1 cup Sugar
- β2 large Eggs
- β1 cup Milk
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β4 slices Crispy Baconchopped, for topping

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).

Cut the bread into 1-inch cubes and place in a mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, eggs, milk, and melted butter.

Pour the wet ingredients over the bread and mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

While the pudding is baking, cook the crispy bacon in a pan until crispy.
