Crispy Chicken Skillet
A simple skillet recipe with crispy chicken and Canadian spices.
Ingredients
- ●1 lb Chicken breast
- ●1 tsp Canadian seasoningAvailable at most supermarkets
- ●2 tbsp Olive oil
- ●1 medium Onion
- ●1 medium Bell pepper
- ●1 SkilletPreferably cast-iron
- ●to taste Salt
- ●to taste Black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the chicken breast with Canadian seasoning.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the chicken breast until browned on both sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, chop the onion and bell pepper.

Once the chicken is done, remove the skillet from the oven and add the chopped onion and bell pepper.
