Hash Brown Croquettes
Crispy croatian croquettes filled with a delicious potato hash.
Ingredients
- β2 large Potatoes
- β1 cup Hash browns
- β1/2 cup Croatian cheese
- β1/2 cup Crispy breadcrumbs
- β2 Eggs
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and grate them using a box grater.

In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, hash browns, Croatian cheese, eggs, salt, and black pepper.

Mix everything together until well combined.

Form the mixture into small patties.

Dip each patty into the crispy breadcrumbs, coating both sides evenly.

Heat a non-stick pan with about 1/2 inch of oil over medium heat.

When the oil is hot, add a few patties to the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Remove the croquettes from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
