Crispy Tofu Stir Fry
A simple and flavorful stir fry made with crispy tofu and a variety of vegetables. Quick, easy, and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients
- β200g tofuCrispy firm tofu, drained and cut into small cubes
- β1 cup mixed vegetablesChoose your favorite stir fry vegetables, such as broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers
- β2 tbsp stir fry sauceStore-bought or homemade stir fry sauce, adjusted to taste
- β1/4 cup crispy fried onionsOptional topping for added crunch

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tofu and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.

Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.

Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.
