Crispy Pan-Fried Veal Cutlets

Ingredients

- β1 cup All-purpose flour
- β1 Egg
- β1 cup Breadcrumbs
- β2 tbsp Butter
- βto taste Salt

Season the veal cutlets with salt and pepper.

Dredge the veal cutlets in flour, shaking off excess.

Dip the floured veal cutlets in the beaten egg, making sure they're fully coated.

Roll the egg-coated veal cutlets in breadcrumbs, pressing the crumbs onto the meat to help them stick.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
