Peruvian Corn Fritters
Crispy fritters filled with a sweet corn and floral mixture. Perfect as a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients
- β1 cup Cornfresh or frozen
- β1/2 cup Hashany type
- β2 tbsp Floral honeyor to taste
- β1/2 cup All-purpose gluten-free flour
- β1/4 cup Vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine corn, hash, and floral honey. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour and a pinch of salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the corn mixture and stir until just combined.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
