Crispy French Chicken Tagine
A flavorful and crispy chicken dish inspired by North African cuisine with the addition of French flair.

- β2 tsp tagine spice mix
- β2 tbsp olive oil
- β2 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season chicken breasts with tagine spice mix.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken breasts until browned on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer skillet to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Meanwhile, toast baguette slices in the oven for 5-7 minutes or until crispy.

In a small pan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.
