Crispy Chicken Casserole
A Filipino-inspired casserole topped with crispy chicken, perfect for a satisfying dinner. This dish combines the crunch of crispy chicken with the comforting flavors of a classic casserole.

- β1 package casserole mixgluten-free
- β1 cup crispy fried onionsstore-bought or homemade
- β2 tablespoons herb buttermelted
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat
- β2 tablespoons sugaroptional

- βto taste black pepper

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cook the casserole mix according to the package instructions.

In a separate pan, fry the chicken breast until crispy and golden brown.

In a large bowl, mix together the cooked casserole mix, coconut milk, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
