Classic Italian Pasta
A simple yet delicious Italian pasta dish made with rigatoni, crispy breadcrumbs, and flavorful seasonings.
Ingredients
- β8 oz rigatonidried
- β1/4 cup crispy breadcrumbspan-fried
- β2 tbsp olive oilextra virgin
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tsp dried basilfresh or dried
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1/4 cup grated parmesanfreshly grated

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rigatoni according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the crispy breadcrumbs to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.

Stir in the dried basil and cook for an additional minute.

Drain the cooked rigatoni and add it to the skillet with the breadcrumb mixture. Toss to combine.

Season with salt to taste and serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese.
