Zucchini Pasta with Crispy Italian Breading
A simple and flavorful pasta dish made with zucchini, crispy breading, and a hint of Italian seasonings.
Ingredients
- β2 medium Zucchini
- β8 oz PastaBow tie or penne work well
- β1 cup Crispy Italian BreadingStore-bought or homemade
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 clove GarlicMinced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.

In a shallow dish, mix together the crispy Italian breading and a pinch of salt and pepper.
