Stir Fry Beef
A quick and flavorful beef stir fry recipe with crispy Korean-inspired flavors.
Ingredients
- β500g Beef strips
- β2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- β1 tsp Korean chili flakes
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Crushed crispy garlic
- β1 bunch Green onionschopped
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 cup Stir-fry vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
Instructions

Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the Korean chili flakes and cook for 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add the soy sauce, crushed crispy garlic, green onions, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine.

Add the stir-fry vegetables to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until tender-crisp.

Return the beef strips to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables and sauce.
