Greek Shrimp Fritters

- β1/2 cup Greek YogurtPlain, full-fat
- β1/4 cup Olive OilExtra-virgin
- β1 cup BreadcrumbsLight, gluten-free
- β1/2 cup Feta CheeseCrumbled

In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
