Malaysian Navy Bean Skewers
A fusion of Malaysian and Latin flavors, these skewers are perfect for a quick and easy dinner. The crispy texture from the fried shallots adds a delightful crunch.
Ingredients

- β12 bamboo skewers skewers
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon chili flakes
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce (vegan alternative or omit)
- β1/4 cup crispy fried shallotschopped
- β2 tablespoons coconut oil
