Crispy Pork Knuckle with Mediterranean Stir Fry

- β1 cup Vegetable oil
- β2 tbsp Mediterranean seasoning
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- β2 Bell peppers
- β1 Onions
- β1 can (14 oz) Tomatoes
- β2 tbsp Soy sauce
- β1 tbsp Honey

Season the pork knuckle with Mediterranean seasoning.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork knuckle until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the pork knuckle to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
