- β1 block (14 oz) Crispy TofuPre-cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 cups Mixed Mediterranean VegetablesInclude bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and onions
- β1/2 cup Stir-Fry SauceMake your own with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar
- β1 cup RiceCook according to package instructions
- β1/4 cup Fresh CilantroChopped for garnish
- β2 tablespoons Sesame OilFor cooking and adding flavor
