Crispy Moroccan Harira Cakes
A twist on traditional Moroccan harira soup, these crispy cakes are perfect as a snack or appetizer.

- β1 cup Crispycrispy flatbread, crushed
- β1 cup Harirahomemade or store-bought
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine grated potatoes, crushed crispy flatbread, harira, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Using your hands, shape the mixture into small cakes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
