Pan-Seared Schnitzel with Tunisian-Style Date Chutney
A twist on traditional German schnitzel, topped with a sweet and spicy chutney made with Tunisian flavors and dates. Serve with a side of crispy fries for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

- β1 cup all-purpose flour
- β2 eggs
- β1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- β1/4 cup tunisian olive oil
- β1 cup dates
- β2 tbsp tunisian harissa
- β2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1. In a shallow dish, mix together flour, eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.

2. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper.

3. Coat each cutlet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

4. Heat the Tunisian olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

5. Add the coated cutlets to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

6. Meanwhile, puree the dates, harissa, and apple cider vinegar in a blender until smooth.
