Peanut Brittle Bites
A crunchy and nutty dessert made with peanut brittle and peanuts.
Ingredients
- β1 cup, crushed peanut brittle
- β1/2 cup peanuts
- β1/2 cup sugar
- β1/4 cup light corn syrup
- β1/4 cup water
- β1 tablespoon butter
- β1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water.

Place saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.

Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove saucepan from heat and stir in peanuts and butter until well coated.

Pour peanut mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread to form a thin layer.

Allow mixture to cool and harden completely.

Once hardened, break into small pieces and stir in crushed peanut brittle.
