Jamaican Jerk Chicken
A spicy Caribbean-inspired dish with a flavorful jerk marinade. Perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp Jamaican seasoningor to taste
- β1 pepperbell or any color
- β6 slices crispy baconoptional
- β1 cup stewany type, for serving

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine Jamaican seasoning, pepper, and 2 tbsp of water to make a smooth paste.

Rub the chicken breasts with the jerk marinade, making sure they're evenly coated.

Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, cook the crispy bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy.

Serve the jerk chicken with stew and crispy bacon on top, if using.
