Peri Papas Fries

- ●1/4 cup Crispycrispy fried onions or crispy fried shallots
- ●2 tbsp Periperi seasoning blend

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut the potatoes into long, thin strips and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.

Toss the potatoes with a little oil and spread on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.

While the potatoes are baking, mix the peri seasoning blend with a little oil to create a paste.
