Tunisian Brik Stuffed with Crispy Fish
A twist on the classic Tunisian dish, Brik, filled with crispy fish and served with a side of fresh herbs.
Ingredients
- β4-6 pieces Tunisian Brik Pastry
- β1 pound Fish Filletswhite fish such as cod or tilapia works well
- β1/2 cup Crispy Onion
- β1/4 cup Cilantro
- β2 tablespoons Tunisian Harissa
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Prepare the fish by seasoning with salt and black pepper.

Dredge the fish in a mixture of crispy onion and Tunisian Harissa.

Place the fish in the center of each Brik pastry.

Brush the edges of the pastry with a little water.

Fold the pastry over the fish to form a triangle.

Seal the edges by pressing them together with a fork.

Brush the tops of the Brik with a little oil.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
