Crispy Roasted Pollo Brasa

Ingredients

- β2 tbsp a la brasa seasoningyou can find this at most Latin American markets
- β1/4 cup olive oilfor brushing the chicken
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 cup chopped cilantrofor garnish
- β1 cup crispy riceoptional, for serving

Preheat the oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Rinse the chicken legs and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, mix together the a la brasa seasoning, olive oil, and minced garlic.
