Slovakian Vegetable Stir-Fry
A hearty and flavorful Slovakian-inspired stir-fry with a variety of vegetables and a crispy topping.
Ingredients
- β1/2 pound Slovakian sausage
- β1 cup Carrots
- β1 cup Bell peppers
- β1 cup Onions
- β1 cup Mushrooms
- β2 tablespoons Fry sauce
- β1/4 cup Crispy fried onions
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Slovakian sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the sliced carrots, bell peppers, and onions to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.

Pour in the fry sauce and stir to combine.
