Smoked Middle Eastern Stir Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir fry dish inspired by Middle Eastern cuisine, made with smoked chicken and crispy vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1 pound smoked chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β6 slices crispy bacondiced
- β1 large oniondiced
- β1 large bell pepperdiced
- β1/2 cup almondsliced
- β2 tablespoons flourall-purpose
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon cuminground
- β1 teaspoon corianderground
- β1/2 teaspoon paprikasmoked
- β1/2 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/4 teaspoon pepperto taste

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the smoked chicken breast and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.

Add the sliced almonds, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
