Spanish Sweet Potato Skillet
A simple and flavorful dish perfect for a weeknight dinner. Sweet potatoes and crispy potatoes are cooked in a skillet with Spanish spices.

Peel and slice the sweet potatoes and regular potatoes into 1/2-inch thick rounds.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
