Kenyan Spicy Chicken Paella
A flavorful and spicy twist on traditional paella, featuring chicken and Kenyan spices.
Ingredients

- β1 cup paella riceuncooked
- β2 tablespoons kenyan spice blendavailable at most African markets
- β1/2 cup crispy ricecrushed or chopped
- β1 cup spicy tomato saucehomemade or store-bought
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking

Heat the olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
