Filipino Falafel Wrap
A crispy and tangy twist on traditional falafel, wrapped in a delicious Filipino-style wrap. This flavorful dish combines the best of both cuisines for a unique culinary experience.
Ingredients
- β8 pieces Falafel
- β4-6 wraps Filipino-style wrapAvailable in most Asian markets or online
- β1 cup Tangy slawSee slaw recipe below
- β1/2 cup CucumberThinly sliced
- β1/2 cup TomatoThinly sliced
- β4-6 slices Pickle slicesOptional

1. Cook the falafel according to package instructions.

2. Warm the Filipino-style wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

3. Assemble the wrap by placing 2 falafel pieces on the bottom half of the wrap.

4. Add 1/4 cup of tangy slaw on top of the falafel.

5. Add 1/4 cup of cucumber and tomato slices on top of the slaw.

6. Add 1-2 pickle slices on top of the vegetables.

7. Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly.
